Some creations begin with a spark of inspiration — and sometimes, with a small dose of stubbornness.

I was out in the hills of Benahavís when I saw it:
the perfect branch.
Elegant. Organic. Sculptural. The kind of shape that nature designs better than any artist could.

It was exactly what I needed for my new boho lamp.
There was only one problem… it didn’t fit in our car. 😅

But when something feels right, you just know it’s meant to be.
So my husband, very patiently (and maybe slightly less enthusiastically), decided to walk all the way down the mountain — carrying the branch like a true art warrior.

That’s love… and also commitment to the creative process. 💛

From Nature to Light

Back home, the branch became the heart of my lamp.
I started adding natural fibers, textures, and soft tones — letting the materials guide me.

Now, it hangs beautifully in our space, radiating a warm, boho glow that feels both raw and refined.
Is it finished? Maybe.
But like many of my works, it might evolve — art in my world is never static.

Each piece grows with time, just like inspiration itself.
