At Makirama by Magali – Benahavis Marbella, each artwork is created and prepared with care, intention and attention to detail.
Preparation Time
Every piece is carefully inspected, protected and wrapped by hand before shipment.
Please allow up to 3 business days for preparation prior to dispatch.
For custom or made-to-order artworks, preparation times may vary. You will always be informed personally.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with trusted express couriers such as DHL Express to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and courier transit schedules. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Packaging
All artworks are professionally and securely packaged to preserve their integrity during transport. Special attention is given to texture, material and structure to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return and Withdrawal Policy – Makirama
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Legal Cooling-off Period)
At Makirama, you have the right to withdraw (cancel) the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving any reason, except for products that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you do not have a right of withdrawal for:
- Artworks that have been made especially for you (e.g. bespoke paintings, specific dimensions, colours or materials chosen by you).
Stock Products (Non-Custom)
For non-personalised artworks from stock, the right of withdrawal does apply:
- You have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to return the product.
- After this notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Conditions for Returns
- The artwork must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs (shipping + any insurance).
- As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding the original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
How to Return a Product
- Send an email within 14 days after receipt to mr@makirama.com including:
– your order number
– reason for return (optional, not required) - We will confirm within 24 hours whether the return is approved.
- After approval, you send the parcel, sufficiently stamped and insured, to:

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the product in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
